Microchipping for Dogs & Cats in Cooma

Microchipping is one of the best things you can do for your pet to keep them safe
If your pet becomes lost you are far more likely to become reunited if he or she is microchipped.

Did you know 

  • Microchipping for cats and dogs 6 months of age is mandatory in
    ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC and WA, TAS (dogs only)

  • Working dogs & Greyhounds are exempt. See ruling NSW Microchipping & Registration

  • In NSW it is a $180 fine by not having your pet microchipped and identified with a pet tag.

  • Once you have your pet microchipped you then need to register with NSW Pet registry (council)
